A Walk Through History

For one of my first projects on the Landscape Architecture course at the University of Sheffield we were tasked with creating a project revolving around the history of one out of a provided list of public parks. I chose to study the Sheffield Botanical Gardens.

My interpretation of the brief was to create an A5 booklet. This would theoretically be handed out to members of the public when they enter the gardens. It provides a guide to many of the features in the gardens and has a suggested walking route. With an emphasis on history the booklet goes into depth about the origin of significant sites and tells tales of the buildings present
